Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Backbone CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm-ups and exercises before participating in regular Backbone CrossFit group classes. These are our On-Ramp classes. Taught by our experienced coaches, these classes are for first-timers only. You get 5 one-on-one sessions of 45 minute each for $196.
On-Ramp classes are one-on-one so you get the coaches complete attention. This is the best way to become familiar with the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity.
