Eating healthier is a skill
Eating healthier seems like rocket science nowadays. The arguing and zealous bickering about what not to eat is exhausting.
In reality, it is pretty simple for most people. Eat real, whole foods in quantities that do not exceed what your body needs.
The hard part isn’t the knowledge. It is putting that knowledge into practice.
Which is the same for any skill we are attempting to acquire. When learning how to ride a bike you can, plainly, see how someone else rides a bike. Actually doing it proves to be much more difficult. Putting nutrition into practice is no different.
Keep this in mind when you run into difficulties starting a healthier way of eating. Consistent practice makes permanent. So practice improving your skill of healthier eating. You will not be perfect the first time, but you will get closer every time you make an effort!
