Backbone CrossFit is focused on one thing.
It does not matter if you are new to fitness, looking for weight loss options, or gunning for the CrossFit Games. Our purpose is to supply you with the knowledge, equipment and motivation to achieve your goals.
Every member will have a one-on-one consultation with a coach to discuss your goals and how we will approach them. Periodically you will have a one-on-one follow up with a coach to look over your results and set new goals.
Our OnRamp program is your entry point to CrossFit. It will give you the skills needed to walk into any CrossFit class and feel confident that you can tackle the WOD (workout of the day). We place great emphasis on this program because it gives you the foundation for faster and (most importantly) safer results. Class sizes will be kept small so you get the attention you need.
We understand that everyone is at a different place in their fitness. Every workout will have options for modification so you can get the most benefit. This is known as scaling. Our coaches put emphasis on each member scaling to their fitness level which could mean lowering weight and intensity or even raising it for those with a more advanced fitness level.
